If it takes me longer than 3 hours to complete the painting, I’ll then start a count on my work time at $20/hour, which I will make a second website listing for the remainder tally before shipping the product. 

In other words/for example, you’ll pay $75 (plus tax) now, and if the fan takes takes me 5 hours to paint (which I doubt that it will take that long), you’ll pay an additional $40 before I ship it. 

Regardless of my production time, you get 1 free revision (which will include up to 30 minutes of revision time for free) 

Any additional revisions will be $15 per revision, plus the $20/hour rate. 

This will come with a lifetime of free paint touchups, until the fan itself falls apart in any way (these have some moisture resistance but are not waterproof- beyond that these are my most durable fan and have lasted for many years of daily ren faire use in my experience).

Additional agreements- 

This item is projected to be completed within two weeks- however, all customs and commissions are subject to delays lasting as long as 1 calendar year, due to the nature of unique focus and attention and how that impacts the ability to generate steady income from standard production inventory. 

This is original handmade art and belongs to Emylie Rifley. Any use of the original piece to create replicas, resells, or any involvement with generative AI is strictly prohibited. Beyond that, I (Emylie Rifley) give full permission for “Loreley Pearl Beach Mermaid” to use this for and in her image- including photographs for marketing, redraws for merchandise, and other branded involvement as Loreley. 
(ie- you or others may not take a photo of this piece and get it screen printed on replica fans, but you may use photos or drawings of yourself with the fan in it to further promote your mersona)
